Good news and bad news...
1) Rafael is back soon to get work back under way :)
2) The mod is nearing finalizing stages
3) Download link for 2.3 is back up

however....
I'm having some HDD issues, genuinely thinking my disk is gonna flip out, which could be a major issue, currently making back ups of the mod....

Anyway there's a little update :)

Why do you guys use Photobucket in stead of imageshack.us ?

I use imageshack, Rafael used photobucket it's fine :) and I've been doing a lot of work on my hard drive to rebalance it, seems to b working so threat averted :)
Back to work today :)

Thanks, but there's far too much background noise, I'm in the process of trying to synthesize a Q siren with a synth, sounds alright but gonna mix it some see how it sounds :)

The mod isn't done yet, and basically they are building off of the submod to make it it's own mod.

really.... you must be new... you cannot ask for the release date of the mod... its against the LAW. Wait till it comes out. You can get banned for asking that question.

The law.. I like that. I'm a super law enforcement officer now. Sweeettt. And here I was thinking I needed to be sworn in, and go through a lot of training to be a law enforcer... Oh well.

nice way to put it to a new member camhesse1 we want to make them feel welcomed but still show them we have strict rules

ok anyways so now that its a real mod is 2.3b a mod or still a submod im so confused?
