The best I could find is Zavvi.com (originally Virgin Megastore).
Here is the relative help question on their stie. It says you'll be charged an additional £2.35 because you're outside the EU.

Ordered! It was only 2.49 Euros which is 3.47 USD which is quite a bargain. Way better then what I would have to pay from a US company if it was out in the US.

Add Sweden to that list.Well the classic Rotary Blue light is found in these Countries: , Germany, Finland, Russia, Britain, Iran, Spain, Norway, And Mexico, But in the UK, they use the American police ( Loud ) siren on most of their Fire Brigade vehicles.
Mostly the police cars use those rotary blue lights.
