Hi,
I've downloaded the ELS mod for GTA 4, but i can't get it to work.
Sometimes I only get the lights, and another time nothing.
I searched google, but nothing helped.
Somebody knows how?

You need to download an ELS car. The one in those videos is not ELS enabled. On GPM the ELS enabled cars are clearly noted.

ok, I changed the cars and it works but..
I still have no menu, and can't change patterns.
I also don't have hazard lights or auto mode.

- Which version are you using?
- Do you have an ASI loader?
- Defult controls are as follows:
- K: Toggle secondary lights.
- Alt+M: Toggle information panel.
- U: Browse primary light modes (info. panel must be on).
- I: Browse secondary light modes (info. panel must be on).
- Alt+O: Toggle auto mode (primary lights activate/deactivate according to siren).
- Alt+Y: Toggle hazard lights.
- G: Toggle siren modes.

I'm using ELS mod V4.
Do you have an ASI loader?
Dsound.dll?
Defult controls are as follows:
I know, but only J and K work, nothing else.

Are you using v1.0.6.0 of the game?

Make sure your holding Alt down then hitting the other key.

Also that doesn't work. When I push ALT+M I don't get the information panel. When I push ALT+Y I don't get the hazard lights. etc...

Make sure you did NOT change the resolution settings in ELS.ini.

You said you modified the ini. Does the original that came with the mod work fine?how do you mean?

because first I had the same problem and than I opend ELS file and searched for the police lines:
it stands first like this:
[ POLICE ]
Active = 0
Color_LightL1 = 1
Color_LightL2 = 1
Color_LightR1 = 1
Color_LightR2 = 1
and now I have this:

Make sure your keyboard is qwerty otherwise it's ALT+, (COMMA) that you need to use.
ALT+M (even if you just tap each one separately) should pop up the information panel, maybe try updating your script hook.
