If the vehicle was empty, you can not turn the unit off the road to the base. Staff is working properly. Generally, the unit will not go, if empty, except that it will be sent to HQ.
Little Update:
Currently working on a patch to Beta. The patch will fix the settings in the game, details and textures of some models. If it succeeds will also be new vehicles.

the units were still in the vehicles but still couldnt move them, going to give it another go thou as ive been away

Below is updated view of our vehicles in new version of PRLmod. We add new and lifting older models, and new skin of staff services, an many more. As Robert17gol said, it's only patch, but we tried fixed general bugs. This version have self-installer. You need only specify the patch contains emergency4 MODS's folder.

The bigger a mod team are the faster the mod usually comes out. 2 is better than one, which I assume is the same concept these guys go for.do you really need 9 people? (no offence)

The Group's List is primarily a list of authors of models. Not everyone on this list are currently actively involved in work on the mod.
The bigger a mod team are the faster the mod usually comes out. 2 is better than one, which I assume is the same concept these guys go for.
Hmm, We work only, we have the time, without pressure.
On our site, we presents 3 new models. 1 ambulance and 2 version of heavy fire engine Steyr 1490&1491
