I have shut off the electricity to the airport but it says I still need to turn of the oil and I cannot find the place to do it.

This is LA mod related... Not the base game. However the oil is by the hangars to the North and the elecrtical box is in the terminal.
I thought what I'd do was pretend I was one of those deaf-mutes.

I beat this mission with a 99% rating. You just have to know what's coming, send the right units, and act quickly.

nice..I finished it with a 89%.. I only have 100% in the hijacking one, tire yard fire, and crane fallen on church.I beat this mission with a 99% rating. You just have to know what's coming, send the right units, and act quickly.
