Help, emergency 2 won't work

I recently got my emergency 2 from my cousins (TAKE NOTE, the game disc is OKAY and such), he says he couldn't get it to work and if i could get it to work i could have it. But i don't HAVE A clue whats wrong!

The top picture, I started up the game and IT shows a black screen and that.

The bottom picture, I went back to the desktop and found that error. How do i fix?

What service pak do you have and what sevrice pack do your cousins have?
I thought what I'd do was pretend I was one of those deaf-mutes.
