What exactly is the problem with the mouse? the last few words aren't translated. Can you please describe the problem more detailed and try not to use an online translator, but a dictionary in stead.

I suppose the mouse just moves to a corner. That happens when you alt tab during load or just can't wait with patience most of the time 
If you restart the game this should be gone
