Since the 16th of January in 2010, 'The Navigator' an me started our Project about civil cars. It took a long time to combine our projects (Project: Civil Cars Cooperation/Civil Traffic Cooperation), but now we are a team and I want to present you our latest work

Remember: This is no mod you can play, it's just for the modder to change the civil cars in their mod.

Why should you use the CCC?
  • Many new or unknow civil cars
  • normed size
  • easy structure so you can put it easily in your mod

We are yery thankful for all the cars, brought to ous by the modders. Sorry if we forgot to mention you. Please let us know!

AddOn/Patch
AddOn
dstyler replaced the original cars
AddOn to CCC (1.0)

Be careful! Not all new cars are put in the traffic!
'models' and 'prototypes' have to be in your mod folder

Patch
Download - Patch 1
Alternativ-Download - Patch 1

(replace prototypes)
Now cars can have the correct caracteristics as the original cars (coolable, shootable, wreackable, ...)

:welcome: to the forum.

I like the idea. Are you going to do some kind of installer or something?

Thanks.
And no, I think that won't be necessary, because you'll just have to put the cars in your own folder.

OK. That should be simple enough. :D

Good luck with finding more vehicles. You already have enough looking at that pic though. :P

If you mean the main pic at the top of the page, then I think it means

"The project from (or of) the community for the community"

That's my problem. I don't know the exact translation for that.
But it means, that the community made this mod for the community...

If you are intessted: The mod is on the direkt way to be published... Some more models, skinns and lights and it'll be released

Half the forum couldnt figure out how to install PRL or Tony's Lights which were simple cut and paste submods. The average player wont be able to figure out how to install this..

Anyways, you guys have done a great job of compiling all these models together. Could be useful :)

But aren't these really meant for mod developers to add to their mod?

More or less that seems to be the intent, otherwise you probrably would not have euro cars mixed with ones you won't see very often in europe.

I think, if you are able to put civil cars in your traffic and make new paths and so on, you'll be able to put the cars in your mod.
If you can't even put them in the right folders, you won't put them on a new map...

Sorry, what does 'intent' in this context mean?

The next is special for Germany, but I want to show it to you, too:
'Deutsche Post' and 'DHL'

'Intent' in the context that I used it means that I believe your objective to be to create a car package mostly for other modifications to use, maybe you wish for the individual to use this car co-op but in the end it seems to be more with the modders in mind.

Nice job on the DHL by the way.

It took a long time, but now I understood what you mean...
Let me just quote myself:

Now I've got a question for you:
I hope you all know UPS. I don't know which colour I should use for those cars...
Here is my proposal

Which colour fits best?
Or do you have better ideas?

I would probrably go with the middle one, just simply because UPS trucks vary pretty much all the time in coloring of the trucks, some are a brownish red color, some are brown, some are closer to olive brown... It all depends on the age of the truck and when/where it was painted, so the pure brown is probrably a good safe bet.
