Isn't there some sort of... thing/test results/something that said that the more people that are witnessing something like a mugging, the less likely someone will intervene?

So, anyone getting the new driver game? The last two were rubbish, but this one looks better. The Director of Infogrames said it was going back to backalley chases like in the first driver. Looks like lots of chases too instead of gun fights
