I'm new and when i bought em4, and installed it on my PC, whenever i would open a mission or freeplay, gray & black shapes would appear, or just a jet black screen. Although, the interface would be just fine. Log an dxdiag files attached.

Hi Everybody!

You need to install the patch. You still have the V1.0.
And because of these errors

I suspect you also have a codec problem (see technical help FAQ), but they could also be cause by the missing patc. So install the patch first and try again after that.

Alright,
Thanks, i almost got it, but my computer just stopped working and i had to re-install the OS.
Will have to reinstall and try again....
Included log file
Well, the game starts up fine, but now all that happens is different shapes and colors over the game screen... This might have had a post somewhere else, but i cant find it.

Try drivers from 2008.
