i install the em4 and when starting goes to desktop.

already have upgraded the graphics card drivers
Klite already uninstalled the codec pack and xpcodec ... and nothing

It looks like the game is still using microsoft drivers in stead of your Nvidia drivers. A lot of things seem to be unloaded. This is usually caused by codecs. Are you sure you deleted all codecs mentioned in the Technical Help FAQ?
You can also try to dongrade to video drivers from 2008.

Uninstalled all codec packs and had uninstalled samsung pc studio.
Cleaning the registry in regedit ffdshow and nothing worked. I try to install the old drivers from Nvidia. Yesterday I tried to install emergency 3 and also does not work. What is odd is that they've played 2 games in the same pc, it's strange, maybe some recent update is causing these errors.

I'll try installing the old drivers from Nvidia and then say something. thanks
