You need to updae the video card drivers, as has already been mentioned.

Try to run it as administratori instal but when i run the dxdiag it says the same thing
.i have another computer with windows vista,see if you can help me...i instal the game but when i click to start the screen appears black but then crash to desktop again.

These errors could be caused by a codec problem or because the game you bought was corrupt and missing files.
Check the Technical Help FAQ and see if you have one of the codecs mentioned there on your PC. You will have to remove those codecs in order for the game to work.
