So I been having the same problem I think that you had when trying to download the NY mod. I got the game from ATari and when I download the NY mod it dosnt seem to download correctly. If you know any ideas and had your problem solved Can you help me out? Thanks

right click 'play 911 first responders' then press compatibilty then whatever your OS is (windows 7, windows XP) then try playing it again.
