I want someone who knows how to make MODS to make a Chicago mod. Please dont make it an rar file because my computer doesnt download anything with rar. can u keep me updated on whats going on

Check out the Tutorials section. If you want to start modeling, then download Google Sketchup, and paly around in that, make some models, and when you're ready move onto advanced stuff like Zmodeler. Here's a tutorial for zmodeler:
