Well day 5 of back pain and today I am rewarded with a nice "crunch" in my lower back. Well good news is now my leg and back is numb so it really don't hurt anymore.

Saw "Volunteering... A Matter of Life or Death" written on the back of a Volly ambulance. All I can say is wow... lol. As much as I hate the "SMH" (Shake my head) acronym, this would be a time I'd use it. lol
