Awkward moment when your sleeping at the EMS building while working, but can't get to sleep because some idiot has an open mic. The the dispatcher keeps saying "All units check your mics", and you really wish the A-Hole with the open mic would get off the mic, then you adjust your radio while you're laying down because it's uncomfortable, and you realize you were the dumba** with the open mic.

Here's everything I could gather: Incident started around 5pm (17:00) local time, at about 1:20am local time, after hours of negotiations he finally climbed down Truck 28's ladder, where he was was taken into custody by police.

It appears the man may have been protesting, and may have been suicidal, as he was seen cutting his wrists and with a rope around his neck at one point. This was during rush hour so traffic a nightmare as Cerbium said

Best bet is probably to use find a scanner frequency that you can listen to on your computer. Then use a audio recording program like audacity to record anything you find that interests you.

yep or try U-tube some calls on there to. Scanner the best way for back round noise for the sub Mod.

I will make you a deal. If you are willing to learn how to do this yourself I will make you a single skin. While I am doing it I will record it and put it up on youtube so that you can learn for yourself. If this seems reasonable to you PM me with the photo of the vehicle you want. My personal preference is to do police units
