I wouldn't say it makes them look bad. There are some points where they do fight but fighting is what humans do.

Advil can help, depending on the person. Tylenol, you'd need to take 4-5. I take an actual migraine pill. To help,dont look at a monitor. Just sit down and relax. If you watch TV, watch from a good distance and dont watch anything that has a lot of flashes in it. That should help. Also try to eat something small. Like a snack.
