Would anyone download a complete save with all upgrades and units? Just thinking it takes a while to get all the stuff so would a save where you can instantly murder people with the Abrams be good to anyone?

Xcel Energy estimates that power will be restored to the vast majority of Twin Cities-area customers by midnight Sunday and the vast majority of customers in the St. Cloud area by Monday afternoon. More severe weather tonight and during the weekend could also affect restoration times.
