Sorry for the late response, however, I assume NFK and MikeyPI's NY mod is the "New York Mod" or "NY Mod", and the "big" one in progress is the "New York Modification".

Look att the Wav files on your fx audio files for for the game and see the size of the dispatcher wave files are and than if you have a Mic, than go to All Programs, Accessories, than Entertainment and use the Recording Device.

Here is a suggestion about having ambulances parked at the Hospital. Here is a link to a pic of a garage entrance and all you have to due is call for additional Ambulances.Hospital under ground garage.

Does anyone know how to make the lightbar translucent or see through so you could see the inside of the lightbar if there is one?

Add Alpha Layers in the skin.
also make shure the Clear Cover of the lightbar is made after you created the internal parts as the lowest number has the highest priority.
of you create the interior afterwards it might happen that it wont be visable.

That's what my son tells me after he gets PS2 , XBOX , PC, a cell phone to text with , and frankly Unit 42, you need to have your own imagination. Maybe doing Modding maybe that remedy. I like to change my lights to.
