i believe if you install the latest patch, it tells you that you no longer need rockstar games social club to run GTA 4.... it offers to remove it for you if i recall....
If this wasn't offered to you at the end of the installation then it's most likely not the latest patch, after i applied this patch the game worked fine.

A firefighter is being yelled at for taking to long to get there, while trying desperately to save the life of a total stranger, holding his bladder because he didn't have time to go when the alarm sounded, starving because he missed one of his three meals, tired because the alarm sounded just as he closed his eyes & it's now 4 in the morning and missing his family while taking care of yours. Yes but that the problem. I put 3 cars to an other mod. 1 of the 3 has well the tires other 2 not. But i cant find the tires of them. But when. I look in the mod where the came from i saw them. But not in the mod where i want it

I'm not sure what you just said, if you can't find the other tires try to find a different pair that fit it right.
