Just a heads up over the next few days I will be "cleaning" my facebook. I will be removing most of the games, delelting and reorganziing photis and cleaning up freinds. Soooooooo if you find yourself removed it will be because your not a freind or family. Sorry and thanks in advance

So yesterday I finished painting the family room and installed the kitchen light. My reward....a full blown migraine and every joint locking up and hard to move. I love how my body works with me and not against me

Great day today, with my goute killing my right leg, my left knee still swollen from being seperated, cheast aches from a possible cold coming on and a migraine oh and no sleep! I think for my birthday I am just going to ask to be put down. Any takers?
