When you are in the mission type: magic

Then use following commands:

Ctrl+Shift+F7 = Win current mission
Ctrl+Shift+F8 = Lose current mission
Ctrl+Shift+F10 = Unblock all missions & all medals
Ctrl+Shift+F11 = 100.000 Credits

Type: DUSK in freeplay and a random event will happen. (NOTE: Its recommended to have a very good computer to use this cheat!)

 
All missions + Rewards (100% completion):

Open your file "campaignprogress.xml" located in: "\sixteen tons entertainment\Emergency 4\Data\Save"

Then replace the file by this one: (if you didn't find it, just put this one...)
