Emergency 3 Cheats:

When you are in the mission type: hocus

Then use following commands:

Ctrl+Shift+F7 = Win current mission
Ctrl+Shift+F8 = Lose current mission
Ctrl+Shift+F10 = Unblock all missions & all medals
Ctrl+Shift+F11 = 100.000 Credits

All missions + Rewards (100% completion):

Open your file "campaignprogress.xml" located in: "\sixteen tons entertainment\Emergency 3\Data\Save"

Then replace the file by this one: (if you didn't find it, just put this one...)

Click Here To Download The File (right click -> save as....)

Now save it, and done! You are on 100% completion of the game.
