This file has been reported as broken because: Hello Guys I Know You May Know The Manhattan Mod Works But unfortunately It Doesn't Work Anymore Because I Just Dowloaded and Installed it To My 911 First Responders and I Click On The Mod and When It Was Nearly At The End Of Loading The Mod It Crashed. So Sorry Guys I Am Afraid The Mod Doesn't Work. From Sam Sheppard

Following the release of version 1, this follow up shifts the gameplay away from downtown NYC and up to the Upper East Side. With new units, a new map almost 100% to scale and a lot of cool new features this version hopes to re-ignite gamers love for the big apple.

Follow the on screen instructions of the exe installer, change install directory relevant to your own directory, default install uses the 'Sixteen Tons' directory, change to 'Wizard Works' if appropriate.
